Policies
In accordance with the regulations in effect, NBI Funds and Exchange-Traded Funds have proxy voting policies for the securities held in their portfolios. These policies set out guidelines for voting on shareholder resolutions (election of directors, appointment of auditors, executive and director compensation, changes concerning the rights of shareholders, etc.).
