Mr. Laurie is a member of Fiera Capital’s Tactical Fixed Income team and the lead manager of the firm’s Tactical Fixed Income and Absolute Bond Yield strategies.
He has more than 30 years of industry experience, and has been with the firm and a predecessor since 1994. Prior positions include Managing Director, Vice President ‐ Fixed income, and Bond Trader at leading Canadian investment management firms.
Mr. Laurie graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, majoring in electrical engineering. He later obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
